Assembly that cannot be rushed

An ANKEROV master at the bench assembling a movement under a lamp
  1. 01

    Brass selection

Certified alloy, aged six months in the workshop's natural climate — relieves internal stress in the metal.

  2. 02

    Rough machining

CNC machines with Swiss-grade ±2 micron tolerance — bridges, plates, barrels.

  3. 03

    Hand finishing

Geneva stripes, perlage, beveled edges — by hand, under magnification, on a lapping disc.

  4. 04

    Movement assembly

Under a binocular microscope in a clean room — 186 components, one pair of hands, no rushing.

  5. 05

    Regulation and control

15 days in six positions on a timing machine — deviation no greater than three seconds a day.

05 / Heritage

Since two thousand fourteen

  1. 2014

    A workshop for two

An industrial lot on the outskirts, one lathe and sheer stubbornness — the first case turned from a brass billet over three weeks.

  2. 2017

    Caliber X-07

    The first in-house movement — hand-wound, skeletonized, 19 jewels.

  3. 2019

    Our own finishing workshop

The manufacture moves into its own building — Geneva stripes and perlage are now done in-house.

  4. 2022

    Caliber X-22 · GMT

An in-house second-time-zone module. First appearance at international watch fairs.

  5. 2024

    Resonance — tourbillon

A limited series of 25 pieces. Beveling the tourbillon cage alone takes 25 hours of hand work.

  6. 2026

    Nine calibers

Our own regulation workshop, six active models in the collection, a master's guarantee — not a brand's.

The boutique is open by appointment: a fitting on the wrist, dial selection, caseback engraving. The master will show you the caliber in person, under a loupe.
